The North Shore's top municipal leaders will present an overview of the projects they're pursuing, issues facing their communities, and priorities for the season ahead at the Chamber's annual State of the Region breakfast Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Essex Technical & Agricultural High School in Danvers.
